Open your book and goto the page where the buy window appears. If the buy window does not appear but the book does not continue to turn pages then check that you are have followed all the instructions for DNLDRM.
If you CAN go past these pages without stopping then:
1. The book has been packaged without DRM.
or
2. The DRM in this book has been purchased activated and unlocked already.
